We sell worldwide and shipping prices may vary according to oil prices, so is not possible.
Are returns accepted or exchangeable if I change my mind?
No, all products are made upon order, therefore the color, size and design are specific according to your request, making this possibility impossible.
What happens if I make a mistake when providing my address?
You would have to pay the shipping again, possibly more because the product needs to be resent to manufacturer and from there to the right address, the process is much longer.
Therefore we suggest carefully double checking the details you write down, before submitting them.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, am I eligible for a refund?
After providing conclusive evidence, photos and/or video, the product will be replaced at no cost, no need for the customer to return it.
